Return Policy

Defective products may be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to prove the item is defective; pictures will be requested by our team prior to issuing the refund. If the defect is not obvious, it may be requested for the item to be returned prior to the refund being issued. 

Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product cost; shipping costs are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to get the purchased item returned to our location. Allow 7 business days after we receive the item to process for a refund.
